Sotai Ho (Balance the Body Technique) combines breathing with movement by the observation of the human body and its dynamics. Always working on the same principle, doing the movement in the opposite direction where the pain is.
Usually the technique is done with the therapist, but it is also done individually with exercises focusing on postural correction.
The imbalance of the body is a consequence of the balance lost in another part. It is a compensation of the body.
In order to regain that balance it is important to recover the function of the contraction and extension of the muscles.
In the case that a joint loses its natural balance, the total balance of the body is lost.
